It is appropriate that Marines and Soldiers DO NOT ultimately hang the CIC with responsibility for ROE's with which they disagree. But the fact is that the CIC has ultimate say over that issue. Just like he has ultimate say over the offering of taxpayor paid LAWYERS to AlQaida prisoners our miltary has captured. The CIC has ultimate say over allowing those creeps Miranda rights and to be tried in criminal courts in NYC. Sure, it goes through the AG, but it's the CIC's call.

Meanwhile, the enemy USES the ROE's to his advantage and creates an uneven playing field that gets our guys killed.

What a stupid post you've polluted our great forum with. As I said in earlier in this thread, liberals/progressives/conservatives have nothing to do with what makes a great American.

I contribute to charity. I contribute to the local youth sports events through coaching. My profession helps keep America safe. I work very hard at my job. I worked especially hard when I was still an Engineer because I knew high quality work saved the lives of people in the field. It was important to me. When global calamaty happens, I contribute to those causes. I participate in the local animal shelters and Habitat for Humanity and Soup Kitchens. I do the best I can to be a great parent to my son. He's an honor student and also participates in the local charities and is very involved in local causes.
